Hello, my name is Lydia, and I am a licensed massage therapist with 3+ years of experience. I am passionate about the transformative benefits of massage for both the mind and body.

 

My approach typically combines therapeutic and deep tissue techniques with elements of relaxation, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. I have extensive experience treating chronic pain, scoliosis, TMJ, headaches, impaired mobility, athletic recovery, and more!

With the goal of expanding my knowledge and skillset, I decided to go back to school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I graduated in the spring of 2025 and have begun incorporating aspects of my physical training into my mobile business. This allows me to ​more thoroughly address patients' symptoms and improve their quality of life.
